Rates:
$1,500 per week - January, February, March, July, August, September & holidays
$1,200 per week - April, May, June, October, November & December
$200 - $300 per night (2 night minimum stay)-Please call for details!
7.75% NYS Sales Tax and Essex County 3% Occupancy Tax ARE included in rental rates.
Reservations: 50% of the gross rate is due upon acceptance of the contract. The remaining balance, as well as the security deposit, are due 30 days prior to occupancy. Sorry... No Smoking & No Pets, please.
Security Deposit: $500.00 security deposit returned approximately 2 weeks after final inspection.
Arrival: Check-in time 4:00 P.M.
Check-out 11:00 A.M.
